What is our online support ?

With the help of our online-support tool you can immediately enter into contact with an employee of our support team by chat during our business hours.

Our business hours are: On Mondays -- Friday of 10.00 until 16.00 clock.

You recognize whether an employee is online and for you just available by the live support badge. if an employee is available for you, the text "Online-Support available" stands on the badge.

If you read the text "Helpdesk Offline" on the support badge no employee is just available or else you try to contact us outside our business hours. In this case you can leave a message to us.

How does the online support work ?

Start of the chat

You click with the mouse on the badge " online support available ", to start around a chat. It a little browser window opens, in which the field "start chat" now himself is.
Please, you enter your name, your contraction or a pseudonym there and you rev up the conversation on "start" click!
You then immediately get connected to a free support employee.

Entering conversation contribution

Please, write your contribution into the text gadget (at most 400 signs) and click with the mouse on the button with the arrow.

Type size

The type size of the text output can be adapted to "A+" or "A-" with the button (at the lower window border).


If you have a sound card as well as loudspeaker or headphone, you can let yourself be informed acoustically, if your interlocutor has written his next contribution to end. Prerequisite: Your browser is configured correctly by so-called WAV sound files for the output. Please use the corresponding button at the lower window border.

Conversation record/transcript

You can have a record sent to yourself by e-mail at the end of the conversation. To this a corresponding entry field is offered to you after end of a conversation.
